Where do you ship?
We ship all around USA. If you are based in any other country or outside of Continental USA, please contact us for quotation regarding shipping costs.
What is delivery date for the parts?
We have same day shipping policy with all the parts in stock. If the parts are not in stock, we will let you know the delivery date to decide if you want to wait or not.

How can I order your parts?
The easiest way to order the parts is by visiting our online shop. You can also e-mail us. If you have any specific questions, you are welcome to call us before ordering.
Can I pick-up the parts at your warehouse?
You can pick-up the ordered parts only if they are pre-ordered, as we don’t have a physical retail shop. Please contact us first to agree with the pick-up.
Where are you based?
The official Prekom company is based in Slovenia, Europe, but you can find our subsidiary in West Palm Beach, Florida too. All the USA orders will be shipped from our Florida warehouse.

How can I pay for the parts?
We have several payment methods available – Paypal, Creditcards and/or bank transfer.
When will my order arrive?
We’re always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched the same day, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods. You’ll get a notification when your order has started its journey.
Product Warranty
What is the warranty for your Porsche and Ferrari parts?
We give 24 months’ warranty on all our parts, without any mileage limitations. Please have in mind that the parts should be correctly used / fitted on the vehicle.
How do you measure the quality of the parts?
Being official Porsche supplier and manufacturing steering and suspension parts for more than 40 years, we are well aware what kind of quality the parts need to achieve before launching them on the market.
Apart from numerous production processes, we also control the quality with different tests – life cycle tests, salt spray tests, force test etc.
All the parts are also designed and made in our own facilities to really control the quality of each production process. Our raw material suppliers are all from the European Union with a long time tradition.
Can I return the parts?
Yes, you can return the parts unused within 90 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, please make sure to return them in the original packaging and unused.
Why are rubber bushings better than others?
We have our own vulcanization department so all the bushings are made in house. As we use rubber and no other materials, the main feature of the bushings is the flexibility. No matter how hard the rubber is, it still has flexibility, which other materials don’t have. That is why rubber bushings are longer lasting, more comfortable to drive with and they also don’t make any squeaking noise.
